Vision Aims 2026

Teaching:

• Build a teaching team and set up regular Teaching team meetings. 
•  Foundational discipleship course for young Christians / those interested in Christianity. 

Ministry: 

• Establish a creche rota for Sunday mornings.
•  Refreshing our men’s and women’s social activities.

Worship:

• Worship leading workshops 3 times per year for teens upwards.
• Setting up a rota of worship leaders and musicians. 

Community:

• Eco church next step: continuing the building refurbishment by replacing the windows.
• Begin exploring opportunities for a paid part-time youth leader. 

Outreach: 

• Recording audio-testimonies for the MFC website.
• Running a holiday club for years R-6 in February half term.
