Holiday club is at: Maidstone Family Church, 94 Boxley Road, Maidstone ME14 2BQ

On: Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 18th, Thursday 19th February from 9.40am to 12pm, Sunday 22nd from 10.30am to 12pm
(A coffee bar is available for parents from 11.40am.)

Your child does not need to bring anything with them, but fancy dress can be worn (no trailing items or weapons please for safety purposes).
Our leaders have current DBS checks where required.
Please note: depending on demand places at Holiday Club may be limited.  Please book as early as possible. 
There is no charge for Holiday Club

Permissions
 I give permission for my child to take part in the normal activities at Holiday club.  I understand that while involved he/she will be under the control and care of the group leader and/or other adults approved by the church leadership and that, while the staff in charge of the group will take all reasonable care of the children, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child during, or as a result of, the activity.
 In an emergency and/or if I am not contactable, I am willing for my child to receive doctor/hospital or dental treatment including an anaesthetic and blood transfusions.
 At Holiday Club we may take photographs or video of children for display in the church only.
